All exchanges must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition and must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order (customer bears all shipping costs). However, we do not accept exchanges for items purchased during sale period or using discount code.
Please note that there may be a 0 - 2 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.
We will ship your parcel as soon as we can, customer will receive ordered item(s) within 5 working days. Once the shipment is out, you will be notified via an email containing a tracking code.
You may then use the tracking code to track your order from the link provided in the email. Please wait for at least 24 hours after the item(s) have been sent/posted for tracking details to be available.
